Nathalia Medeiros founded the business in 2016 and it remains women-owned. The northern route is one of its longest-running, built up a household at a time as new neighborhoods opened along it.

My house is always spotless and shining when the women leave! I love that I get a text the night before confirming the next day cleaning… and then another text when they’re actually on the way here! Very efficient and professional 👍

Each picture below was taken when a real job ended, somewhere in Maryland. We have not captioned them with a county because the finish is the point.

The map covers the county. Frederick has its own page; the other four are described here.
Frederick, Urbana, Walkersville, New Market and Mount Airy are on the regular route. Addresses between and around them are usually possible too. Send yours and we will confirm.
No. Pricing is by property, not by place. A house of a given size and condition is quoted the same in Urbana as in Gaithersburg, with no mileage or fuel line.
A post-construction clean before you move furniture in. New houses carry dust in the vents and tracks, adhesive on cabinets and residue on floors. Once that is gone, a regular plan keeps the house as it should be.
Every week. The northern route is a standing part of the schedule, so recurring clients have a fixed day and one-off visits can be fitted into the same round.
No. The city of Frederick’s licensing applies within the city. Elsewhere in the county, rental housing falls under the county’s Livability Code, which the county says applies to all residential rental units and is enforced on a complaint basis.
Yes. It is the largest stop on the route and has a page of its own, covering the historic housing downtown and the city’s rental license.
Quick Cleaning Services LLC supplies house cleaning in Frederick County, MD to Frederick, Urbana, Walkersville, New Market and Mount Airy. Based in Gaithersburg since 2016, the company runs a weekly northern route and charges a flat rate per visit with no mileage fee.
Because so much of the county is new. Subdivisions around Urbana and New Market are still being built out, and each completed house is handed over with builder residue: dust in the ductwork and window tracks, adhesive from protective film, grit on the floors. Post-construction cleaning deals with that before the owners unpack.
More time on detail. Away from the new developments are village houses and farmhouses with original woodwork, stone and deep window recesses. They are cleaned more slowly and with products suited to old finishes, and a deep cleaning is the usual starting point.
It is the standard the county applies to rented homes. Frederick County states that it uses the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code, with local amendments, for Livability Code inspections, and that this code establishes minimum standards for the maintenance, safety, sanitation, occupancy and livability of residential properties. The county says the adopted code applies to all residential rental units in Frederick County.
Not routinely. The county states that inspections are made on a complaint basis. It also directs complaints about properties in Frederick city to the city’s own inspectors, which reflects the split between city and county responsibilities.
No. The county states plainly that mold inspections are not performed by its Division of Housing personnel. Nor does a cleaning company assess or remediate mold. What regular cleaning does is keep bathrooms and kitchens in a state where moisture problems are spotted sooner.
By removing the cause for complaint. Where inspections follow tenant reports, a home handed over clean, with move-out cleaning done between tenancies, starts each tenancy on good terms. Owners are responsible for keeping rental units in compliance; cleaning is the part of that we can help with.
Only commercial cleaning, under state rules. The Comptroller of Maryland levies 6 percent sales and use tax on cleaning of commercial and industrial buildings, which it defines as buildings not used as a permanent private residence. Request a quote for either kind through the estimate form.
