Nobody Here Wrote These But the Clients

Every review below was left on Google by a named client, reproduced word for word. Some of them have been with Quick Cleaning Services for a decade. One of them is an office in Rockville.

Reading Across Them

Four Things Clients Bring Up Without Being Asked

Detail, named by three of the six

Julio, Tesfaye and Pat each use the phrase attention to detail or thorough without prompting. It is the single thing the reviews agree on most, which is worth more than any adjective we could put here ourselves.

Relationships measured in years, not visits

Pat Exon writes about ten years of cleanings. Justin Ward describes a relationship longer still. Those are the reviews that say something a new client cannot otherwise find out: that people stay.

Being told when the team is coming

Debby Arem describes a text the night before and another when the team is on the way. That is her account of how her bookings ran, and it is the kind of operational detail no marketing sentence would have thought to claim.

One of the six is a workplace

Montrose Garage reviews the office cleaning in Rockville rather than a home. Five residential reviews and one commercial is an honest reflection of where the work has been, not a balanced sample of the eight services.

Worth Knowing

How to Read Any Page Like This One

A business publishing its own reviews is the weakest form of evidence there is. Here is the rule that governs it and what it means for the six above.

What federal rule now says about reviews

In August 2024 the Federal Trade Commission issued a final rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465, which took effect on 21 October 2024. It prohibits writing or selling reviews that misrepresent that the reviewer exists or had experience with the business, and it carries civil penalties for knowing violations.

The three sections that apply directly

Section 465.5 requires officers, managers and their relatives to disclose a material connection when they review the business. Section 465.7 bars suppressing negative reviews through threats or intimidation, and bars implying that a filtered selection represents all of them. Section 465.6 prohibits presenting a site you control as an independent review site.

Why that matters for what you are reading

This page is controlled by the business, so it is not independent and does not pretend to be. Every review below is reproduced from Google, where the originals sit under the reviewer’s own account and outside our control. The honest way to read a page like this is as a selection, then to go and check the source.

General information, not legal advice. The rule is published by the Federal Trade Commission as 16 CFR Part 465.

FAQ

About the Reviews Themselves

Where they came from, what can and cannot be done to them, and the one that does not add up.

All of them were left on the Google Business Profile for Quick Cleaning Services, by clients using their own Google accounts. They are reproduced here word for word, including the spelling and the emoji. The Google profile holds the originals and anything posted after this page was last updated.

Not on Google. A business can reply to a review and can flag one it believes breaks Google policy, but it cannot remove a review simply for being negative. That is the main reason the reviews here live on Google rather than in a form on this website.

Because asking has never been systematic. Most clients who stay for years never leave one, which is normal and also a gap worth closing. A small number of detailed reviews from named people is still better evidence than a large number of short ones with no detail.

It does, and we have left it exactly as written. Quick Cleaning Services was founded in 2016, which is the figure used everywhere on this site. A long-standing client remembering the relationship as longer than it is counts as their recollection, not as a claim from us.

No. Nothing is offered, discounted or implied in exchange for a review, positive or otherwise, and nobody is asked to leave a particular kind of one. Since October 2024 rewarding reviews that express a chosen sentiment has been prohibited by federal rule, and it was not something we did before the rule existed either.

Through the Google profile, the same place these were posted. A sentence about what was actually done is more useful to the next person reading than a star rating on its own, particularly if it names the service and the town.

Been cleaned by the team and never said anything? The profile takes a minute, and the next person reading it is in exactly the position you were.

What Six Reviews Can and Cannot Settle

These are the published cleaning service reviews for Quick Cleaning Services LLC, a women-owned cleaning company working out of Gaithersburg, MD since 2016. All six were left on Google by named clients and are reproduced here unedited.

What a small number of reviews is actually evidence of

Six is not many, and a page claiming otherwise would be the first thing worth distrusting. What they do establish is specific: that several clients stayed for years, that detail comes up repeatedly and unprompted, and that at least one commercial client in Rockville has been served. None of that is evidence about the services nobody has reviewed yet.

Which services have no review at all

Most of them. The six reviews describe recurring house cleaning and one office. Nothing here speaks to post-construction cleaning, Airbnb turnovers or carpet cleaning, so anyone booking those is going on the rest of the site rather than on a client’s account of it.

Where to put the weight instead

On the things that can be checked rather than read. Insurance and bonding come with certificates. A Maryland LLC appears in the state register. A price is either agreed before the visit or it is not. Reviews are useful alongside those, and thin on their own. The about page sets out what is verifiable and how.
