Quick Cleaning Services is a Montgomery County company. Nathalia Medeiros founded it in Gaithersburg in 2016, it is women-owned, and its office has stayed in the same city throughout.
From that one base the team now covers four counties and Washington, D.C. Montgomery remains the core: more of the company’s clients live here than anywhere else, and most rounds begin and end here.
Three things hold in all fifteen communities. The business carries insurance and a bond. Nobody cleans for it without first clearing a background check. And a complaint made within 24 hours brings the team back at its own cost. Read the company’s story.
Shown exactly as written. One reviewer mentions an office in Rockville, which is in this county. The others give no location, and none has been assigned one.
I have been working with Quick Cleaning Services for almost 15 years. They are professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Quick Cleaning has been great with cleaning our office here in Rockville Maryland, its been good zero complaints
Size, bathroom count and condition set the number. Whether you are in a Bethesda tower or out past Damascus does not.
Get Your Free EstimatePlenty of companies list Montgomery County as a service area. These are the practical benefits of one that actually operates from inside it.
A Maryland company with cover in place, able to show its documents to any homeowner or property manager who asks.
Background checks are a hiring condition. The person at your door is on the payroll and has been screened.
When the office is in the county, coming back within 24 hours to fix a missed area is simple, and free.
A Bethesda condo, a Rockville colonial and a Clarksburg new build each get a visit designed for that property.
Since 2016 the team has learned the county’s housing, its buildings and its traffic, and schedules around all three.
Short distances mean fewer delays and steadier teams, which shows up as consistency in a recurring plan.
Which community, what kind of property, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and how it has been kept.
One price for the visit, normally within a business day, identical to what the same home would be quoted anywhere else in the county.
Pick from the days the team is in your part of the county. They arrive equipped, and the 24-hour guarantee starts when they leave.
Dozens of cleaning businesses work in Montgomery County. These points separate them more reliably than price does. The second column is a general observation, not a statement about any one of them.

Four photographs of work the team completed in Maryland. They are real jobs, shown without naming the towns they were taken in.

The map shows the whole county. Gaithersburg, the base, is the gold marker. Four communities have a dedicated page because their housing is distinct enough to need one.
No. Damascus and Bethesda price identically for identical properties, and there is no zone map behind the quote. What the drive affects is the diary: somewhere close to the office absorbs a late addition more easily than the northern edge, which tends to be planned earlier in the week.
The county names Rockville among the municipalities where it does not license rental property, so that runs through the city. Gaithersburg is in the same position. It changes who you deal with, not what the unit has to look like when someone walks through it.
Tell us the restriction when you request the estimate and not on the day. Service lift bookings, loading bays and front-desk sign-in are ordinary in Bethesda and downtown Silver Spring, and a visit planned around them runs normally.
Probably, and it costs nothing to find out. The fifteen named communities are the ones booked often enough to list, not the boundary of where the team will go. Send the address and you get a straight yes or no.
Both. Offices, retail units, medical suites and coworking floors book office and commercial cleaning. Maryland taxes commercial building cleaning at 6 percent and does not treat a permanent private residence the same way.
If you live in Rockville, Bethesda, Silver Spring or Germantown, start with that city’s page, because it covers the local housing and rules. For everywhere else in the county, this page is the one.
Quick Cleaning Services LLC has provided house cleaning in Montgomery County, MD since 2016, from an office in Gaithersburg. The company serves fifteen communities in the county, among them Rockville, Bethesda, Silver Spring and Germantown, and prices each visit at a flat rate with no charge for mileage. Hosts letting by the night anywhere in the county can use the Airbnb turnover checklist between stays.
Because it contains four kinds of housing. Inside the Beltway, Bethesda and Silver Spring are dense with condos and apartments. The older suburbs hold mid-century detached houses. The I-270 corridor, through Gaithersburg, Germantown and Clarksburg, is newer single-family and townhome stock. And throughout the county there are rentals turning over on a deadline. Each calls for a different service, from regular cleaning to deep cleaning.
It depends on the address. The county requires a rental license, but its Department of Housing and Community Affairs states that its Office of Licensing and Registration does not license rental properties within the incorporated municipalities, and names the City of Gaithersburg, the City of Rockville, the City of Takoma Park and the towns of Barnesville, Garrett Park and Laytonsville. In those places the municipality is responsible.
No. The same county page says its Office of Housing Code Enforcement does not conduct housing inspections in Gaithersburg, Rockville, Barnesville, Garrett Park, Laytonsville or the Villages of North Chevy Chase. Takoma Park is a special case: the county does not license there, but it does conduct housing inspections for rental properties.
Only that the paperwork goes to different offices. A unit in Germantown or Silver Spring answers to the county; one in Rockville or Gaithersburg answers to the city. The standard an empty unit should be cleaned to is the same everywhere, and move-out cleaning is carried out identically across the county. We do not advise on licensing.
Sales tax is a state matter in Maryland. The Comptroller of Maryland applies a 6 percent sales and use tax to cleaning of commercial and industrial buildings, defined as buildings or parts of buildings used for anything other than a permanent private residence. Offices in the county are taxed on that basis; a home that is someone’s permanent residence is not.
Fifteen: Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, North Bethesda, Silver Spring, Germantown, Clarksburg, Montgomery Village, Damascus, Laytonsville, Olney, Brookeville, Ashton, Burtonsville and Sandy Spring. Addresses between them are generally covered as well.
Send the address and a description of the property through the estimate form. The reply gives a flat price and the days the team is in your area. It is the same process in every town.
